Recreational Aviation Australia Limited (RAAus) invites members to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025.

The AGM will be held at Bob Tait’s Aviation Theory School, Hangar 58, Wirraway Drive, Redcliffe Aerodrome, Rothwell, QLD and online via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 15 November 2025 at 9:00am (AEST) | 10:00am (AEDT).

For those members wishing to attend in person, you must register by emailing admin@raaus.com.au by 4pm AEST | 5pm (AEDT) Wednesday 12 November 2025 and include your full name and membership number so that RAAus can confirm your membership details.

Members wishing to attend online and exercise their right to vote must register with Vero voting. Vero will email members directly with a link to the meeting portal, which will allow members to register. Further instructions will be supplied by Vero upon registration.

If you can’t attend, please submit a proxy via the Vero AGM portal. Alternatively, the proxy form can be found here.

If you don’t receive your link from Vero, please check your junk mail, and email support@verovoting.com.au to receive your unique credentials to attend.

ELECTION RESULTS

The results of the 2025 Board Election can be found within the AGM Notice of Meeting.

• Declaration of the result of the election
• Chair Report and Financial Update including Audited Financial reports.
• CEO Report and update on company activities
• Voting on any resolutions
• Close of Annual General Meeting

Note that the Minutes from the 2024 AGM will be available on the RAAus Member Portal.

Following the AGM, a member’s question and answer forum (in-person and online) will be held. Those in attendance are invited to join the Board and staff for light refreshments afterwards.
