Once you have completed your instructor training and have met the requirements listed in Section 2.09 of the Operations Manual you may be able to upgrade to a Senior Instructor, allowing you to operate without the direct supervision of your CFI and complete Biennial Flight Reviews for Pilot Certificate holders.
